3 part crack detection kit. A fast reliable 3-pack method of crack detection for welded joints and engineering components during maintenance or manufacturing. The Flawfinder Kit is used under normal light conditions. Comprises the cleaner, penetrant and developer spray in a convenient carry pack.
Step 1: Clean. Excellent solvent cleaner which cleans off grease, oil & contaminants from metal surfaces & components.
Step 2: Dye. A dye penetrant that quickly penetrates cracks & imperfections. Visible under UV light.
Step 3: Develop. A white developing agent that highlights the dye & makes detection of flaws easy.
